Using technology to visually understand a remodel
Most of us have a difficult time looking at blueprints and picturing what the finished project will look like. With the current CAD programs, we can create a computer rendering of your finished project. Then by looking at the rendering you can make better decisions, changes, or say “I love it”!
Our CAD program has the ability to show you what your wall colors, flooring, cabinets, and even countertops & backsplash will look like. The program doesn’t have every product or color but we can get close enough to help you see your finished project. These 3D renderings are just visual representations, but the final look can be astoundingly similar to the rendering.
We tend to use these when major changes are being made to a remodeled room such as changing a window or wall location or replacing a bathtub with a walk-in shower. Often the client knows what they would like, but they can’t seem to pin down the idea so creating these 3D renderings can help them nail down or encourage them to convey how they thought something might be a little different then we show them.
